• Domestic Orders: Standard delivery time is usually between 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.
• International Orders: Delivery times may vary between 10-15 business days depending on the destination country and the customs process.

1.3 Delay Notification:
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if there are any unforeseen issues, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

2.1 Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2.2 Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 999 within India.

2.3 Delivery Estimates:

• Standard Shipping:  5-10 business days, Minimum INR 50

3. Order Tracking

3.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order status on our website or through the shipping carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

4. International Shipping

4.1 We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

5.1 Artkosh is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

6.1 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

7. Damages and Issues

7.1 Artkosh is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
